The ReadyScore™ Assessment is a proprietary diagnostic framework created by Ready Scale Exit to help business founders and owners evaluate business readiness across financials, owner dependency, operating systems, growth potential, and transition preparedness.

The assessment score is an automated diagnostic estimate based solely on user-reported answers. It does not represent a certified business valuation, formal audit, tax advice, or a commitment by Ready Scale Exit to purchase, finance, or broker your business.

To receive a customized ReadyScore™ report or request consulting assistance, you may be required to submit contact information (such as your name, corporate email address, telephone number) and financial metadata (such as revenue ranges or operational metrics).

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information.
• You represent that you have authority to submit operational metrics regarding the business entity you represent.
• You acknowledge that inaccurate input data will compromise the relevance and accuracy of diagnostic reports.

Unless otherwise stated, Ready Scale Exit and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Ready Scale Exit. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Ready Scale Exit for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, duplicate, copy, or redistribute content from Ready Scale Exit or ReadyScore™ without express written consent.

The Platform and all content, assessments, and reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Ready Scale Exit disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ready Scale Exit, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity) arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Formal consulting engagements—such as Strategic Reviews, Operations & Scaling Support, Brand Foundations, or Exit Facilitation (M&A advisory)—are governed by separate, executed Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW).

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and a separate executed written service agreement signed by Ready Scale Exit, the terms of the executed service agreement shall prevail for that engagement.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use any automated scraper, bot, spider, or data extraction tool to scrape assessment content or code.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of our infrastructure or networks.
• Transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through assessment or contact forms.
• Impersonate any person or corporate entity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ready Scale Exit operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Platform shall be instituted in competent state or federal courts.
